Find you in the Dark by A. Meredith Walters

Before I start this review I need to say that I am indeed crying as I write this. I literally just finished the book and I'm a sobbing mess. Now if you're an avid reader of my reviews you know that I'm very dramatic when I review books, Tee would say I'm extra and maybe a drama queen (which I am lol) but it's because I get so involved with the stories I read. So without further interruptions I'll start my review now.

Maggie Young was lost in her daily routine, she had great parents, great friends but nothing about her A typical life excited her. She was going through the motions just being alive rather than living. That is until she ran into Clayton Reed.

Clayton was beautiful, quiet and dangerous. But not the -rides a motorcycle with no helmet- type of dangerous. No Clay had secrets and issues that needed to be addressed. He needed help but it's hard to help someone who didn't want to face the truth. Although for Maggie, he would open up, he would try.

But sometimes love isn't enough and Maggie could only do so much, with a love unlike any other she would try to do anything for Clay even if it meant turning her back on those who she loves. But when is enough enough? How many times can someone apologize until sorry doesn't mean a damn thing? It's not just saying "I'm sorry" it's also changing, wanting to change, to better yourself. But Clay had demons to fight and Maggie could only be his savior for so long.

"Sometimes love can't make everything better, and the best thing for everyone is to walk away. No matter how much it may hurt."

Find you in the Dark is brilliant, an amazing story with heartbreaking moments. It's a look into the life of a boy who needs to be saved and a girl who would risk it all to save him. There are moments you want to punch Clay in the face and moments you want to hold him and never let go. And Maggie is wonderful, so young yet so strong, so brave.

"Just know that you are and always will be my world. You found me in the dark and saved me from myself. You have shown me the type of person I want to be and I strive to be him. For you and for me. I will love you forever."

Light in the Shadows is the sequel to this story. Of course I will be reading and reviewing it as well.

Gabriel's Redemption Cover Reveal - Sylvain Reynard

Yesterday, Sylvain Reynard released the cover of Gabriel's Redemption. If you're a follower of OhhTee, you understand we are huge fans of Sylvain Reynard. Well now we are happy to share with you the cover of Gabriel's Redemption.

Oriana is quite infatuated with this cover, and frankly, I am too. I think he did a great job depicting the Inferno, the Rapture, and now the Redemption with his covers.

Falling Into You by Jasinda Wilder

"This book is for anyone who has ever lost a loved one, for anyone who has woken up crying and gone to bed the same way, for anyone who has had to learn that it's okay to be not okay. Surviving isn't strength, it's continuing to breathe one day at a time; strength is learning to live despite the pain."

Nell was young, happy and full of love when she was with Kyle. There was no darkness in her world... that is until the night of the accident. After that nothing was the same, she wasn't the young vibrant girl she once used to be. She was broken. She was hurt. But worst of all she wouldn't let herself feel.

Colton was a thug who made his life better through music and working at his garage. He saw her, all of her. He saw the pain she refused to feel, the tears she refused to shed and most importantly he didn't try to fix her. Colton was broken too, but he knew that being broken didn't mean life didn't go on. It was okay to not be okay and somehow someway Colton was going to get that through to Nell.

Together they help each other feel, help each other love again...

This was a beautifully tragic love story. I couldn't prevent the tears as I read this book. Of course I giggled here and there at some parts too. This was a beautifully written story. I couldn't help but feel the pain and the love that Colton and Nell shared. It was so captivating, so magical.

Colton is the kind of character you easily fall in love with and Nell someone you seriously want to be there for.

"I'm not just falling in love with you, Nell. I'm falling into you. You're an ocean, and I'm falling in, drowning in the depths of who you are."

Falling Into Us will be released sometime in July 2013 and its safe to say it is on my TBR list.

Read this book, love this book, and remember that it's okay to not be okay sometimes.

The Redhead Revealed (The Redhead Series #2) - Alice Clayton, Review

Schmaltz.

As we continue Grace Sheridan and Jack Hamilton's story, we see them fall deeper in love. They have their ups and downs, but the big question is, will their relationship make it to the movie premier?

Leading up to the premier, Sheridan has been living in New York working on the musical with her old college friend Michael. Now that she and Michael have deciphered where they are in their relationship (strictly friends), they are building a great show together.

But while she's there, Jack is in back in LA doing interviews, and has women chasing him all over the place. Holly tries to remind him to keep his relationship as quiet as possible until after Time has been released. Grace is totally okay with that request, but Jack doesn't like hiding his relationship with his 'Nuts Girl'. He's hopelessly in love and wants the world to see that he's taken; especially after the rumors and pictures of him with his ex-girl friend.

Time and space will make things very difficult for the couple. Can all the flying back and forth, phone sex, and sex in-person save this relationship?

Once Grace gets over her personal insecurities and lets Jack in, I think they would be the perfect couple.

Alice Clayton is a freaking evil-genius when it comes to writing romantic comedies. I laugh out-loud while reading all her books. She probably writes the best sex-scene, where it's fun but not uncomfortable (and people end up in closets). It can't be fair to have so much talent as an author, with that said, I will always be a supporter of her writing. Kuddos to you Alice Clayton!

Now all I have to do is wait for The Redhead Plays Her Hand (Redhead, #3), which is expected to be released December 24, 2013.

P.S. I love a good story with a Brit as the leading character, so keep them coming.

Suicide Note by Teresa Mummert

Sometimes life gets a lot overwhelming and we need an escape. We think we're not strong enough to handle everything and we break..but that's when life throws us a curve ball and gives us a ray of sunshine, a bit of hope.

Jenn was tired of living in her sisters shadow and never being good enough for anyone, she just wanted to start over. Shane is a soldier who only knows how to be a soldier and nothing else..or so he thinks. She's so much stronger than she knows, she's so much more than just her sisters shadow.

On R&R Shane goes to Maine to visit his cousin and gets more than what he bargains for. He thought she needed saving and that he could be the one to save her, but in realit
y he needed saving and she was exactly what he needed.

"She was my gravity. She was the light in the darkest of my days, and her smile ignited a flame inside of me that had gone out a long time ago."

A note that was misunderstood, two people going through some serious tough times. They will help each other in more ways than one.

At first I didn't understand how I felt about this book but as I kept reading I fell in love. In love with this soldier and in love with Jenn and their story. It was to short though!! I want more lol but the ending was perfect.

Loved it.

New Music Tuesday!

Check out the New Music I've chosen for you today!

New Album Releases of the Week:

Paramore - Paramore
Paramore has released their self-titled album Paramore this week, and like always, they never disappoint. Our favorite red-head Hayley is back with her crew. When ever I hear Paramore I think of their Riot album (which is my fave), and think, can they do better? Well here is the answer...YES! The best part is, I like how they stuck with their old sound, but got a mature vibe. You can see from the comments below on the track, people agree. Check out their album, and you can buy it here.

Fall Out Boy- Save Rock and Roll

In a past NMT post, we talked about how much we ADORE Fall Out Boy. (You can view that here.) Now that I've heard the entire Save Rock and Roll album, I'm still impressed. Patrick vocals are slaying all over, and that is not a bad thing. Phoenix has to be my favorite song on the album, but by tomorrow afternoon, that might change. Fall Out Boy are still on tour, so check here for the tour dates. But a lot of the dates are sold out, so move fast. Also, you can buy their album here.

Kid Cudi - Indicud
I was never really a Kid Cudi fan, but this album might have changed that. He has a serious flow, and I'm disappointed in myself for not being hip to him sooner. He has such a stoner vibe, and quite frankly, I love it. Most you know now I'm not really into the whole "hip-hop" scene anymore, but I know who Too $hort is, and he's a great feature for this song. The song Girls happens to be my favorite off the Indicudi album, and it will probably be one of the hottest songs of the season. You can buy Indicud here.

Honorable Mentions:

James Blake - Overgrown

New Kids on the Block - 10

The Band Perry - Pioneer

The Unidentified Redhead (The Redhead Series #1) - Alice Clayton, Review

I finished Wallbanger by Alice Clayton, and immediately searched for more books by her. Found The Redhead Series, and yup, I was hooked.

If you're looking for a book that makes you laugh, is fun, and full of sexiness, this is your book.

Grace Sheridan is back in L.A. with ONE major purpose; to make it on Broadway. The first time she was there it didn't goal well. She made her way back home, gained like 50lbs and became anti-social. But one day her friends took her to see RENT, and it was the best day of her life; reminding her of why she was here on this green earth. While her house is being worked on, she's staying with her best friend Holly. Holly is a very successful entertainment manager that is representing her and the up-and-coming Brit, Jack Hamilton.

Jack Hamilton, 24 and sexy as hell, is playing the lead role as "Super Sexy Science Guy"for the movie Time, and now everyone is taking notice of him.

Once Jack (the irresistible, insatiable Brit) and Grace meet at Holly's party, it was instant chemistry. Honestly, who knew you could bond over Chex-Mix? Because if that's the new way to pick up a hot man like Jack, I'm stopping by 7-11, and finding a bar immediately.

Now for them having a relationship is not easy, mind you. She's 33 and he's 24, her biggest concern is not letting people to find out and becoming the "cougar", because of the nine year age difference. Also, she's afraid of what the relationship will do to his new career. She's trying to stay hidden as much as possible, but that's not as easy as she hopes. It doesn't hurt that Holly wants Jack to maintain a "single" status image for the movie. But Jack could honestly care less. He would love the world to know about his woman. (swoon worthy right?)

Oh, but I'm forgetting the best part! I know for a fact that the sex was AMAZING. I mean, if you can end up in a closet during sexy time, someone is doing it right. Just this part right here says it all.
“He pushed me back up against the door, slamming me against the doorbell. I heard it ring out.

"Coming!" I heard Holly say as she clicked across the floor to the front door.
"Not quite, but she’s close." He chuckled, removing his hand and leaving me breathless and rosy cheeked.”
I mean, WOAH! I need me some Jack Hamilton immediately, since someone has pointed out recently I'm past due.

But towards the end of the book, Grace gets an offer to work in NYC with an old guy friend, making things very tricky. So the closer these two get, the harder it is for Grace to make the biggest decision of her life: Should she stay? Or should she go?

Oh, did I mention that guy friend was an ex-guy-she-slept-with-in-college-but-things-got-awkward? But you have to read and see what happens with that.

Honestly, this book is great and you would be crazy if you didn't read it. I mean seriously, this book brings the funny!
“Yeah, she's right here. She's in the shower, in fact…Oh, Jack! I told Grace the funniest joke about the British invading her hoo—Wait, what?…Hold on…Grace, Jack would like you to know that he has seen the pictures and he thinks you were pointing that shrimp at him far too aggressively…No, she isn't acknowledging you. She's now banging her head against the shower tiles…Oops, now she's glaring at me…she's turning off the shower, Jack…she's coming towards me…she's naked, Jack…and angry…she's naked and angry, Jack…you would probably love angry, naked Grace. It's something to see. She's hitting me, Jack…I think she's going to take the phone away from…”

Fighting For Flight by Jamie Salsbury

It was just weeks away from his biggest fight ever,  Jonah "The Assassin" Slade only had to worry about concentrating long enough to take home the belt. He was the notorious bad boy of the MMA world. Young, beyond sexy and with killer instincts that made him unbeatable. That is until everything changes and he meets Raven Morretti .

Raven is sweet, beautiful, and a mechanic...a guys dream girl. She without even trying manages to get in Jonah's head and makes him want to trade in his bad boy rep for a more good boy in love rep. But Raven has a past unlike most others. She is the only only daughter to an infamous Las Vegas pimp, one who threatens to ruin everything for her.

She grew up isolated, an outcast, her mother and her were never really close for reasons you'll find out while reading the story. Raven's a smart girl and all she wanted was to not fall into the same horrible lifestyle her mother was once in but its not that easy when her life and the life of those she loves is on the line.

Jonah will do anything to protect her, anything he must as long as he keeps her safe..But bad people are always bad and sometimes breaking a deal with the devil can cost you so much more than you bargained for. Will Jonah and Raven make it through all the bad? Is she destined to follow in the footsteps of her mother? So many questions to answer. This book was a great read, in both her and his pov it was definitely one I will read again.

"This whole time I thought I was living. But the day I met you, the lights came on. You fill me with things I thought I'd never feel again. You're my angel baby. "

You will fall for Jonah and Raven, you will love them separately and together as a couple. AND you'll also love Blake...lord knows Blake is an amazing friend and his one liners are hilarious. You can read about his story in "Fighting to Forgive"

Loveee it. Read it. Adore it.

Professor Emerson

So if you weren't aware by our tweets (if you don't follow us do it now, like seriously stop reading and go on twitter and follow us @OhhTeeBlog) today is Professor Gabriel Emerson day!!! Sylvain Reynard has managed to capture our hearts and mind like no other author has. Not only does this man mention Dante's Inferno (The Divine Comedy) and other great books but he managed to make professor Emerson the best fictional character with the closest resemblance to a man who I personally adore and fangirl and would climb like a tree (cough cough I have no shame) David Gandy! *jumping up and down*

Also if you haven't read Gabriel's Inferno and Gabriel's Rapture DO IT NOW! And then go follow Sylvain Reynard on twitter too. He's great with interacting with his fans and also give away little previews and he always gets us donuts.

This is one of the rarest moments that T and I actually agree on who we picture as Professor Emerson. So I got on the handy dandy world wide web and googled (cause let's be honest, google is awesome!) and have found some very delicious looking pictures of David Gandy as Professor Emerson.

Enjoy the eye candy ladies ;) and for our fellow male followers look and imagine yourself as sexy (which I'm sure most of you are ;) ) as Mr. Gandy. (Remember how in my "Getting to Know Us" I said I used winky faces during the most inappropriate times? Yeah I still do ;) lol)

Gabriel's Back!

One of our favorites, Sylvain Reynard, is back to tell Professor Emerson's final story.

On April 15th (tomorrow), he will be releasing the synopsis of Gabriel's Redemption on his website. Then on the 22nd of April, he will be releasing the cover of Gabriel's Redemption. I don't know about you, but I'm excited. We've fallen in love with Professor Emerson's story, and cannot wait for it to be finished.

According to Sylvain Reynard's website

Now that we know December 3, 2013 will be the release date, remember to mark your calendars. But if not, we will be reminding you until it is branded into your brain. (:

New Music Tuesday

Check out the New Music I've chosen for you today!

Selena Gomez- Come & Get It:
Selena Gomez is BACK! Left Justin in the dust, and kept going. With a Bollywood theme, this song is brilliant, and perfect for the windows down, music blasting weather we're having right now in Maryland. Fresh from acting in Spring Breakers, now back to music; I hope all her new songs are as vibrant as this one. Now all we have to do is wait on an album release date.

Jonas Brothers -  Pom Poms
The Jonas Brothers have reunited, and I'm totally excited! Honestly, the song is totally cheezy, but I still like it. Another reason I'm excited, is because missed the brothers together. They were the OneDirection before OneDirection. I hope this song helps them get back up there, even if it sounds like it belongs on Disney Channel.

Ray J - I hit it first
Is it totally inappropriate that actually enjoy this song? The reason behind the song is completely irrelevant to why I like it. I won't even go there. But the song is actually not bad. It's very catchy, and I mean, we've heard worse by other famous rappers. I think he only wrote the song to get back in the limelight, but at least he has talent.

Wild Card by Lora Leigh, Review

*May contain a few spoilers.

(This is the first book in the Elite Ops series)

Navy SEAL Nathan Malone had to do one more rescue misson that will change his life forever.  He had a passion for the thrill that came out of being a SEAL. But saving those three Colombian girl's from the drug cartel left Nathan's wife Bella a widow forever. She will never get that man back for as long as she shall live.

Fast-forward three years, Bella is running Nathan's car shop and living her life. What she doesn't know is Nathan is back, but as a new identity.

Noah Blake.

Nathan had to kill off his inner instinct as Nathan, and fully become Noah. Even his Irish eyes changed.
"You have the Irish eyes, boy. One of these days, you'll see from eyes, not your own, feel with a heart outside your chest. Wild Irish eyes. Nathan. When you love, love well and love true, and take care, lad, because those Irish eyes are windows into not just your own soul, but the soul of the one you love."
But when Noah walks in, he commands attention and basically takes over Bella's life. Every little quirk of Noah reminded her of her late husband, but she chalked that up to missing him.

Bella was Nathan's soul mate, and he tried everything to hide his true identity from her. But really, did he really think he could run from his past, and keep on loving her?

Reading this book, you definitely need a cold shower, or a man (or woman) by your side; because oh my goodness. I need better adjectives to describe what Lora Leigh did with words, because that woman has one AWESOME imagination.

This was my first Lora Leigh book, but now I have three more sitting on my bookshelf in line to be read.

I highly recommend Wild Card by Lora Leigh. Now that it's spring time, take some time and relax with a book.

Crossfire not so much a trilogy

If you haven't heard the GREAT news well let us be the first to tell you that the Crossfire trilogy is not going to be a trilogy anymore.

Yesterday while watching Golden Boy (if you have no idea what show that is get on it! It's on CBS channel 2 in the east coast and Theo James is delicious..like drop your panties delicious.) Back to the point I was tweeting about it and I follow the Gideon Cross account (cause I'm that much of a fangirl) and he retweeted some girl who asked Sylvia Day when does the last book of the crossfire series Entwined With You come out and Sylvia replyed "June 4th, but it's not the last. :)"

It is safe to say I rolled off the couch and started yelling and my mother who also happens to be in love with Gideon was fangirling with me HARD.

Are you excited that there will be a fourth book? What are your thoughts?

Comment and let us know!

New Music Tuesday

Today will be a short version of New Music Tuesday, but I promise the songs are totally worth it.

Chris Brown - Fine China:

This song reminds me so much of Michael Jackson, but in a new age version. I'm kind of glad O told me to listen to it for NMT. Chris Brown's music has been up and down for me, but this is surely one of his ups. This song is on his upcoming album called X. It doesn't have a release date yet, but when I find out, we'll let you know.  Check out his video for Fine China here. The music is good, the dancing, even better. But Chris, before you make another video fight scene, practice a little more. Kay?

Florida Georgia Line -  Cruise Remix (Feat. Nelly):

OMG, I've had an EARGASM! First, can you deny these country boys? I think not! The original version is good, but this version is even better. Nelly adds a hip-hop feel to the track. There's not a video out for the song yet, but I'll keep you updated on my new favorite trio.

p.s. I think Nelly would make an awesome Country artist if he ever wants to switch markets.

Ellie Goulding - Hanging On (Feat. Tinie Tempah)
Actually, I'm a new Ellie Goulding fan. I just got her album Halcyon, and immediately fell in love with it. I think it's because her music fits her personality, fun and easy-going. But there's something about this song. The beat, the lyrics, Tinie Tempah? I don't know, but it makes you want to listen to it repeatedly. Her video for this song is in Ellie fashion. I feel like I'm watching an episode of Skins sometimes with her stuff, which is cool with me. Click here to see her video.
