This Man Confessed (This Man Trilogy) by Jodi Ellen Malpas

We pick up the story where we left off. Jesse has managed to completely trample all over Ava's life and those who stand in the way of their happiness.

"We’re not conventional, baby. But we’re special. What we have is really special. You belong to me, and I belong to you. It just is. It’s not natural for us to be apart, Ava."

But there are people who don't want to see Jesse and Ava happy and will do whatever it takes to try and break them. As the drama continues Jesse has no other option but to confess all of his sins.

"I can manage without anything, but never you. Not ever. Don't look like this please. Don't look like you think it's the end. It's never the end for us. Nothing will break us,Ava. Do you understand me?"

But it all comes to shit when tragedy hits them and Ava must be brave enough to love this man who's past can destroy them.

Can Ava look past Jesse's past? Will Jesse's confessions leave Ava wondering if she knows this man at all. Who will have the last laugh? Better yet, who will come out of this mess clean.

It's time for Jesse ward to come clean, it's time for The Lord to confess...

The twists in this book were completely amazing and shocking. Just when you think you know it all, bam! Another secret comes your way. This one is by far my favorite one in the trilogy. The lies, the love, the emotions. It was all brilliant. This trilogy was amazing. Beyond words, incredible. I tip my hat to you Jodie, I tip my hat. This was truly an amazing story.

Btw the epilogue was fckin everything!!! Best epilogue ever!!!

Sorry for that outburst lol.

OhhTee will be going through a transitional period for a few weeks. Both of us are in college, so it's important that we focus on our studies as well as blogging. Because of this, we have decided that NEW MUSIC TUESDAY will not be posted on TUESDAY anymore. Tanisha will post it any day of the week, but she has guaranteed that 'NEW MUSIC' will be posted each week. Tuesday happens to be the busiest day of the week for her, and by the time she has a spare moment, she's exhausted. But we will keep providing updated music, and book reviews. Also, we will continue posting Movie Review Mondays.

Also we'd like feedback on our site. Is there a book you want reviewed? Should we add an advice column? Do you want us to write an article about a topic that's got you excited? Let us know and we'll try to accommodate! We want feedback from the people who matter, which is you the readers. Please email us at the blog or personally and give us a clue at what you want on the site.

Thank you!

Wicked Games by Kelly Lawrence

Let the games begin...

Kelly is young, beautiful and ready to live her life. She's got a job she loves even though she complains about it, a friend who she can count on for anything and everything. And most importantly she's single and enjoying sex with whom she pleases. But everything changes when Alex comes in to her life and turns her sweet vanilla world into something more exotic and tantalizing.

Alex is a pure alpha male. Sex on legs. He's gorgeous, smart, and a Dom. He knows what he wants and knows how to get it and his eyes are set on Kelly. Alex introduces her into his world but he quickly realizes that his lines are getting blurred. How could the sweet petite brunette have him losing control so easily? Alex knows it's a risk he's taking brining Kelly into his lifestyle, but it's a risk he's willing to take to have her.

But when things are going so well will someone from Alex's past come back to ruin it all? Will Kelly's insecurities get the best of her and have her running away from the man she's fallen in love with? Will their game become one that neither can win?

Wicked Games is truly an amazing story. With some seriously hot sex scenes that will make you take a cold, freezing, go to Alaska and come back type of showers lol. It's hard to not want your own alpha male Alex and its easy to love Kelly. It brings you into the life of a first time submissive and shows you that BDSM is so much more than just kinky sex.

Kelly Lawrence did an amazing job with this one and I can not wait to read more from her. It's got me wanting to find my own Alex and have my own year of submission ;) haha.

Read it and love it. It's a saucy and great read. Thank you Kelly for letting me read this book. I absolutely adore it.

Happy Birthday Oriana!!

How I picture Oriana: Sometimes I like her, sometimes I can't stand her, but 98.6254% of the time I love her. Now she's 23 and don't know how to act, but again I still love her. She's there when I need her, when the blog needs her, and when I'm bored. She's a laugh, a riot, and a drunk (just kidding...). But's she's an awesome person, and I'll gladly share her with the world. We always talk about our plans for the day we move to England, on a wild search for David Gandy, and honestly I cannot wait for that day to come because I know I'll never be bored. She encourages me to eat (literally), to read and to learn. I'm glad we're on this adventure together, and I wouldn't have it any other way. So I love you Oriana, make good choices, and have fun. (Did you know, you're two years closer to cheaper car insurance? Ha-ha-ha.)

Movie Review Moday: The Avengers

The Avengers (2012)

Synopsis: Marvel Studios delivers the ultimate comic-book film, which ties together such characters as Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Captain America (Chris Evans), The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), and Thor (Chris Hemsworth) for a big-screen franchise team-up like no other. Taking center stage this time is Nick Fury (played once again by the note-perfect Samuel L. Jackson), leader of the peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D. Fury, along with former Russian spy Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), recruits a super team to combat Thor's ever-deceptive brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston) after he brainwashes ace archer Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) while stealing a cosmic cube from an underground base. Thus the heroes must learn to work together alongside outlaw scientist Bruce Banner (Ruffalo), who can track down the artifact's gamma signals when he's not hulking out into a giant green monster. Show runner Joss Whedon (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly) adapted and helmed the script by Zak Penn. (Fandango

Tanisha's Review: This year, I've become such a huge Marvel fan. I don't know what it was. One minute I was obsessed with Spiderman and Wolverine, and next it was Iron Man. From Iron Man it was Thor. Once I saw they had a movie that included all of them, I just had to see it.
This movie was full of action, suspense, and humor. I think most people watched for Tony Stark, at least I know I did. But this movie was more than him. It explained the story of S.H.I.E.L.D. Especially since I started the movies out of order. I watched the Avengers first, and then obsessed with Tony Stark. I recommend this movie to anyone of all ages. I think it has different elements for everyone to enjoy.

I give this movie a 5 out of 5 stars.

Skin Deep by J.M Stone

“And I just plain love you.”

I smiled and kissed him gently, whispering, “I just plain love you, too.”

Emma knew nothing good would come out of being dragged into skin deep by her best friend Allie. She knew that no matter what she said Allie would some how manage to make her get a tattoo before leaving and that's exactly what happened.

Emma wasn't a punk per say...ok maybe she was but its a tattoo and those hurt! Lol but more importantly it's who was going to tattoo her that had her in a daze.

Luke is tall, tatted, and pierced. But most  importantly he's gorgeous. Sex on a stick. Someone call 911 because I can't see or breathe right now after seeing this man type of gorgeous.

She thought nothing of it of course someone like her would never get someone like Luke. But of course that wasn't for her to decide. No no no, that was for Luke to decide and he had decided that Emma was it for him.. No matter what.

"I'm going to lick every inch of your body, eat you til you come, and then fuck you so hard, you'll still feel it next week."

But what happens when someone wants Emma just as much or even more than Luke? Will a small crush turn into a scary devotion? What's the saying? Oh yeah, crazy in love. When someone goes too far can Luke and Emma survive? Will a stranger ruin it all?

This was a great story! It was funny, sweet, suspenseful and downright sexy! Plus there's Brandon and Jackson rawr!! And who could forget about Doug! Haha. This was a great read, I couldn't put it down.

The next installment is Under My Skin and I can't wait to read about Allie and her love triangle.

Movie Review Monday: Pitch Perfect

Pitch Perfect (2012)

Synopsis: TA feisty coed joins a collegiate a cappella group and upgrades their song selection for the 21st century during the run-up to a major competition in this melodic comedy from Tony-nominated Avenue Q director Jason Moore. Drifting past the various cliques after arriving at college, Beca (Anna Kendrick) pays more attention to the jams pumping in her headphones than the people she passes on her way to class. But all that changes the moment she stumbles into the one place where every misfit has a voice -- the campus a cappella group. Although the competition amongst the singers proves surprisingly fierce, there's just one aspect of the group Beca can't wrap her head around: All of the songs they perform are at least a decade old. Convinced that they can do better by adding some contemporary tunes into the mix, Beca whips up an exciting new set list that will set the group apart and leave their rivals in the dust. Brittany SnowAnna Camp, and Rebel Wilson co-star. (Fandango

Tanisha's Review: I've seen this movie more times than I should, and every time, it's like I haven't seen it. Pitch Perfect is a great movie "gleeks", music lovers, and comedy lovers. Watching this movie, it is quite likely to laugh your ass off. Yes, it has predictable moments, but still worth watching.

My favorite character was Fat Amy (Rebel Wilson). She's honest, hilarious, and brilliant. And just wait until you hear her big secret, you'll die of laughter.

Rumor has it, part two will be released in 2015, I cannot wait. But all in all, watch this movie, and if you've seen it, watch again.

I give this movie a 5 out of 5 stars.

Music of the Heart by Katie Ashley

I have to start this review saying that yes once again I have managed to find a book that made me cry like a little B.... Lol with that said I'm on to the actual review.

Jacob "Jake" Slater is the lead singer of Runaway Train. A notorious womanizer  with tattoos and piercing and he's every girls dream rockstar, every girls but Abigail "angel" Renard.

"I'll get to you sometime, Angel. I'll break down all those goody girl walls you built around you."

When trying to meet her brothers Abby ended up on the wrong tour bus. But once she met the charming rockstars especially Jake she wanted out ASAP. But Jake had something else in mind, betting sweet Abby that she wouldn't last a week on their tour bus. And Abby was a cut throat, kick ass and take names kind of girl so she sure as shit wasn't about to let some twatwaffle like Jake get the best of her.

"We'd barely known each other twenty-four hours, so he didn't owe me anything. But, deep down, his behavior pierced through my heart to sting my soul.

What can happen in a week? Well a lot when you're stuck on a tour bus with a rock band. But most importantly what can you learn about a person in such short time?

Is love possible in such a short time? I mean yeah they say love can happen at first sight but let's be honest do we all really believe that? Especially when you're a hot rockstar and an up and coming country singer. Who will try and get in the way? Can music and love conquer it all?

This book was utter perfection. I know I say that a lot but I can't help it. Some authors know what they're doing when they pick up pen or start typing on their laptop. Katie Ashley makes you laugh, pissed, and heartbreakingly sad. God I was an emotional mess reading this one. She really knew how to make you feel for the characters and what's going on. Kudos Katie ku-freaking-dos.
